At Alpha, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we offer. To ensure that both you and your dogs are satisfied with our products we are proud to offer a Lifetime Product Warranty on all our dog collars, leads, harnesses, and related items.

This warranty is intended to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your purchase is protected. By placing your order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty.

What is Covered:

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in material or craftsmanship as a result of the manufacturing process of the product such as significant stitching defects and hardware damage guaranteeing that all our products are free from significant manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

What is Not Covered:

While we want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come, there are certain situations where this warranty will not apply. These exclusions include normal product wear and tear such as colour fading, dirt accumulation, slight abrasions or minute stitching defects as well as products damaged through neglect, improper use or cleaning and products that are exposed to extreme conditions such as chewing. We are also unable to replace items that have been stolen, misplaced as well as items that have been altered by anyone other than Alpha Canine Gear.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps if you believe your product qualifies for a warranty replacement:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@alphacaninegear.com or via our website’s contact form with a detailed description of the issue, including pictures or video if possible. The more information you provide, the quicker we can process your claim.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt). This helps us verify the authenticity of your claim and your product’s eligibility for warranty coverage.

Product Return: If we deem your claim to be viable we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and ask you to return the item.

Inspection: Upon recieving your item we will hand it over to the manufacuring team to carry out a close inspection

The decision on the viability of each claim and whether to repair existing items or issue a replacement will be made at the sole discretion of Alpha Canine Gear

Warranty Duration:

This Lifetime Product Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, defined as the time the product is in use by the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Replacement Process:

If your product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, we will provide a replacement item of the same model. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a product of equal or greater value.
