1. The contract & acceptance of these terms will only be established between AlphaCanineGearTM and each customer once the buyer pays for the goods and the funds have cleared, this is regulated under the 'Sale of Goods Act 1979'

1.5 We offer a 30 day refund policy on all products beginning from the date the order was placed

2. We do not cover the return shipping cost, it is the buyers responsibility to arrange the return of the item(s) to the provided PO Box

3. We hold ourselves to the highest standard and strive to deliver only the finest quality products however we are aware that even the best product lines have slip ups, in the highly unlikely event that you recieve a faulty product we ask that you provide us with photographic evidence, in some cases we will ask you to return the product to our warehouse for a closer examination.

3.5. In the event you recieve a faulty product that was damaged by our manufacturing team or during shipping this product will be replaced with no extra cost occuring to the buyer.

4. In the event that the incorrect size has been ordered then we are willing to exchange this for the correct size; however, the cost and return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We do not accept liability for general wear and tear of our products, We would recommend you to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

6. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for bespoke or embellished items as these items are unable to be resold, we ask that you please pay close attention when measuring your dog and use our website sizing guides found on each appropriate product, any concerns in regards to sizing you can contact us at support@alphacaninegear.com

7. The company AlphaCanineGearTM reserves the right to change its terms of service including but not limited to its refund policy at any time without notification.
